The Art of Messaging for the Perfect Pitch

Long the world's largest direct seller of telecommunications services, ACN provides telecom, television, energy, and now a line of wellness and personal care products to customers on four continents in 20 countries. When ACN Europe, with offices in Amsterdam and London, established a skin and hair care line developed by celebrity stylist Peter Lamas (who is known for coiffing prima donnas of beauty like Elizabeth Taylor and Audrey Hepburn), the company called on WWM to help craft a message for European clientele.

WWM also developed messaging for ACN Europe‚Äôs Benevita line—a program of weight management products that include meal replacements, vitamin and weight loss supplements, low-calorie snacks, and natural sleep aids.

Defining a Global Brand

The core of the messaging for the new product lines emphasized natural products developed from European and Asian botanicals that are free of preservatives and harsh chemicals, vegetarian-friendly, GMO-free, and easy for anyone to add to his or her beauty regimen and nutrition or exercise routine.

Translating into Multiple Media

WWM has provided a range of content strategy and editorial services to ACN, including the writing of scripts for sales training videos as well as for consumer commercials. Our firm has also helped create content for email blast campaigns, product brochures, and sales flyers while additionally providing deep editing of marketing materials translated from the promotional collateral of ACN Mexico.
